(G-7) An international economic forum, established in 1975, for leaders of the seven largest industrial countries (France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Italy, and Canada). The focus of G-7 discussions has been coordination of macroeconomic policies and international trade and monetary policies.
